The hotel had excellent laundry services that impressed me.
My initial reservation was mishandled, leading to no rooms available upon arrival. Because of this error, I had to book a more expensive room at the last minute. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed as it added unexpected stress to my trip.

The staff were friendly, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The laundry service was a game changer! I've never seen my white clothes so bright and perfect!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still quite acceptable.

The location of the hotel is great, just off the highway, making it very convenient for travelers. I appreciated the effort put into keeping the rooms clean, and the security measures in place provided a sense of safety. the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the room.
I encountered a minor issue with the key machine not working. It was a bit inconvenient, but the staff promptly addressed the problem and provided me with a solution.
